Solid rental, minor shipping delay

I rented a Boho Wedding Gown and a Cathedral Veil for my ceremony. The dress itself was lovely and fit perfectly after a quick local alteration, which is expected with rentals. The veil was also beautiful and really completed the look. My only minor issue was that the package took 6 days to reach me in California, which was a day later than the initial estimate. Customer service was helpful when I called to check on it, though. Overall, a good value for designer rentals, just allow a little extra time for shipping if you're far.

It's a completely different experience. Laine London is more curated, designer stuff you rent. David's Bridal is buying, often mass-produced. If you want something unique and high-quality but don't want to spend thousands, Laine London is probably better. I've seen some amazing dresses from there that would cost a fortune to buy new.

They have a pretty clear policy on that. Minor stuff like small stains is usually covered by their cleaning. For bigger damage, you might have to pay a fee or the replacement cost, but they're pretty upfront about it.

Yeah, they have a damage waiver thing. I think they expect some normal wear and tear, it's a rental after all. Just don't like, rip the whole thing in half lol.

I think it's usually 4 days. You can probably extend it for an extra fee if you need to, but that's what my sister did for her elopement.
